caring for your paul sullivan leather
- Brush off dried dirt with a stiff brush, then wipe it down with a damp cloth when dirty, allow to dry before putting it back on the dog.
- Re-wax your leather with a high quality wax or leather feed every 6-12 months, or when you notice water is not repelled as effectively.
- If your item gets waterlogged and sodden, hang it out to dry naturally. Do not expose to too much heat. This may cause your item to crack or shrink.
- Sunlight will naturally fade the finish over time. Your items will pick up scrapes, scratches, wounds and scuffs. After a few months use your item will be completely individual to you and your dog.
